If you’ve not heard of a could-do list before then here it is. A could-do list is a list of things you want to do but with out pressure to tick everything off. We find ourselves bombarded by endless lists things we need to get done without thinking about the things we’d like to do.
So my could-do list is just that, a list of could-do items I’d like to do in the upcoming month or season. Pausing without pressure of a to-do list.
Evening daylight starts to return in March
Pause and notice the small things. Buds on the trees,
Get to know my essential oils and embrace my new role
Get outdoors take a walk and notice the seasonal changes
Sketch the first signs of Spring in my journal
Open all the windows and let all the fresh air in.

Create daily rituals
We can start to enjoy the first glimpse of Spring, the lighter brighter days and new beginnings of new life and growth.
